Mitchell Ayzenberg
Executive VP, Third Party Lending
Mitchell heads Nextres's third-party and broker lending division, overseeing relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondents, and referral partners nationwide. He drives the production engine behind the firm's loan volume growth.
Coleen McNicholas
Senior VP, Operations
With 25+ years in mortgage origination, pipeline management, and servicing — including tenures at American Residential Lending and PHH Mortgage — Coleen builds and leads the high-performing operations team that keeps every close on track.
Ryan Zonana
SVP, Capital Markets
Ryan manages Nextres's capital markets strategy, balance sheet, and institutional funding relationships. He structures the credit facilities and investor relationships that give the firm the capital capacity to close deals at speed.
Lisa Frank

Lisa oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance functions across Nextres's 47-state lending footprint. She ensures the firm operates cleanly in every jurisdiction and protects both borrowers and the business at every transaction.

Mitchell graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate in 2018. He has been in the mortgage industry since and prides himself on finding the right product or solution for every client. Fluent in English and Russian, Mitchell is dedicated to providing white-glove service and nurturing every relationship he’s fortunate enough to make.
