How quickly will someone actually contact me?
We aim for a same-business-day callback. If you submit your inquiry before 3pm EST on a weekday, a loan officer will typically call within a few hours. Submissions after 3pm or on weekends are called the next business morning.
What information should I have ready when I call?
The more detail the better, but you only need the basics: the property address (or target market), purchase price or current value, your intended loan amount, and a brief description of your plan (flip, hold, build, etc.). We'll ask everything else on the call.
Is there any commitment or credit pull to get a rate indication?
No. A rate indication is completely free and involves no credit inquiry. We will give you indicative terms based on your deal details — no obligation on either side until you choose to move forward with a full application.
Can I apply online instead of calling?
Yes. You can start an application online at any time via our Apply page. Many borrowers prefer to call first for a quick rate check, then submit the full application online after reviewing our term sheet.
