Before You Apply
Does submitting an application affect my credit score?
No. We do not pull your credit during the initial application and pre-qualification process. A credit inquiry may occur during formal underwriting if required for your loan program, and you will be notified before it happens. For most fix-and-flip and bridge loans, credit is reviewed but not hard-pulled in the traditional sense.
How long does the application take?
Most borrowers complete our application in 10–15 minutes. We ask only what we need to give you a meaningful initial response — property address, loan amount, loan type, and basic contact information. Your loan officer will gather additional details on your initial call.
What loan amounts do you offer?
Our minimums are $75,000 for fix-and-flip and bridge loans, $100,000 for DSCR rental loans, and $500,000 for multifamily and construction loans. We do not have a published maximum — contact us for deals over $5M and we will discuss a structure.
