Founded in 2012 by a team of real estate investors and finance professionals, NextRes was born from a simple frustration: traditional banks were too slow, too rigid, and too focused on borrower income rather than deal quality.

We built NextRes to be the lender we always wished existed — one that could close in 5 days, underwrite the asset rather than the borrower, and scale with our clients as their portfolios grew.
